Officials with Texas A&M University-Texarkana, the City of Texarkana, Texas, and Partnership for the Pathway yesterday announced a $199,500 Wilderness Trails Grant from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to complete the Bringle Lake wilderness trail system.
