Couch Shopping — Leather, Bonded Leather, Microfiber, What Does it All Mean?

We recently purchased a couch and while it was on the floor at the store it was great. Although I did have some reservations because of the mole-microfiber fabric and dog hair probably wouldn't go so well together but we took it. The sales person said it was a great couch, in fact, he had one too.

Needless to say I HATE the couch. It started breaking down within 3 months. The dark, clingy fabric does not work well in my household. I am already wanting a new couch. This time I want to go with leather possibly.

Check out these couches. My favorite says it is made of bonded leather. My last couch lasted 10 years and it was made out of light colored microfiber. It was fabulous. I don't remember the brand though because it went to the place that all good couches eventually go.
