You can help missing children and have fun at the same time this Friday and Saturday, April 25 & 26.The Texarkana College Cosmetology Department will join other schools nationwide to raise money for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Besides the Cut-a-Thon, there will also be vendors from the local community selling merchandise, a silent auction, bounce houses, the Army Rock Wall, cake walk, live music, face painting, and other fun games.

Since its inception in 1984, the NCMEC has assisted law enforcement in the recovery of more than 183,000 children.

The Cut-a-Thon will be Friday April 25 from 8 a.m. to 8p.m. and Saturday April 26 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Texarkana College Cosmetology Department located at 1401 Richmond Road.
