Main Street Texarkana invites you to grab a seat at the longest table State Line Avenue has ever seen and join them to “Dine on the Line” in downtown Texarkana, Friday, Oct.30.
In what they are hoping is their largest and most successful fundraiser to date, Main Street is changing the gala format from the previous two years into something more casual, a
block party. Dine on the Line will not only be accessible for families, but also showcase Texarkana’s unique downtown and the line that brings two cities together.

Ticketholders will enjoy food from Naaman’s Championship BBQ from their seat at the table, which will stretch down State Line Avenue beginning in front of the post office, to effectively “Dine on the Line." Live music will be provided by local band Jawbone, and beer will be available to purchase from downtown brewery, Pecan Point Brewing.

Gates will open at 5PM. And at 6:30PM, there will be a toast to the two cities that organizers are hoping is the largest of its kind.

“This event is going to be awesome,” says Main Street Texarkana board member Dr. Ben DuBois. “We want everyone who loves downtown to show up, bring the kids, and enjoy some barbecue and live music.”

If you have ever thought to yourself, “we need more things downtown, someone should help,” then Main Street Texarkana challenges you to come out with family and friends for this event.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under, and are available for purchase on the Main Street Texarkana website. Proceeds from the event will go toward
downtown promotion and revitalization through Main Street Texarkana.
