Help The Randy Sams’ Outreach Shelter Tonight

The Randy Sams' Outreach Center needs your help. Tonight at Buffalo Wild Wings (9/2) from 6-8PM, 10 percent of sales will be donated to Randy Sams Shelter.The shelter's services are crucial to so many in our area. Each year, thousands of nights of shelter are provided for hundreds of people seeking shelter Twice in two years the shelter has had to add beds to help accommodate the need in our area. In 2015 alone more than 120 people have moved from the shelter into safe, stable permanent housing. Many more are able to have a safe place to sleep while they rebuild their lives.

Twenty percent of those seeking our services are veterans of the US Armed Forces. 76 percent are battling some form of mental illness. Seventeen percent have left an abusive situation. Many are employed and just trying to get back on track to making ends meet.

The Randy Sams' Outreach Shelter offers shelter, clothing, food, hygiene items, case management, transportation and other vital services. This is a completely free shelter for adult men and women. It can only provide the sort of critical services clients seek with the assistance of the community through donations and volunteer work.
