That lawbreakin' Biebs.

Justin Bieber is wanted in Brazil for his graffiti exploits in the country as a video of the singer stealing a security bike in Las Vegas back in September has landed online.

First, about that graffiti. The singer has been charged with illegal tagging a wall of the former Hotel Nacional in Rio de Janeiro. Since the photos of him doing so were splashed all over the media, the evidence is incriminating.

But it's not that simple.

The Biebs received permission from City Hall to tag a nearby sports facility. But his entourage said that they had to change locations due to the general Belieber chaos that follows him wherever he goes.

And therein lies the problem. The Biebs was not given permission to graffiti freely. He only had permission to paint the agreed upon location. Switching it up was the no-no.

Some might say this is the fault of Beliebers.

As for The Biebs getting in trouble? Well, defacing a building is a crime in Brazil and it carries a fine or a year of jail time. The Biebs' offense is considered minor, so he may just have to open his wallet to deal with this.

According to the BBC, Brazil's civil police force confirmed that the charge against Le Biebs is "defacing a building or urban monument by graffiti or other means."

Hot on the heels of him being a wanted man, footage of him jacking a security bicycle in Las Vegas in September has landed online.

The Biebs was causing mischief at the Palms on Sept. 14 with his crew. He was in town for his bro Floyd Mayweather's fight.

He used an employee entrance and discovered patrol bike parked in the hallway and promptly rode it around. He was chased by a guard who wanted the bike back.

The Biebs eventually gave up the bike when the security dudes in suits approached him.

Boys will be boys.

Oh, and then there's that whole being filmed in bed by someone people assumed was a hooker but wasn't.
