Kidd’s Kids Day Is Next Tuesday – Texarkana Has Another Kid Going On The Trip

We here at Mix 93-3 were so excited when we learned that Texarkana has a kid joining this year's "Kidd's Kids" trip to Disney World in November. His name is Kaden Minor.

Kaden is a first grade special needs student who attends Kilpatrick Biomedical Engineering School. Kaden works hard to overcome any obstacles placed before him. After finding out about being awarded this honor, Kaden said, “I am excited to go to Disney World!”

We're happy, too, Kaden.

“This is a trip that many children dream about and we are delighted that Kidd’s Kids is providing Kaden this opportunity to experience what is sure to be a magical experience at Walt Disney World,” said DeMarcus Green, principal of Kilpatrick.

Tuesday, October 18, is the day set aside this year for the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show to dedicate its air time for raising donations for the Kidd’s Kids charity trip in November. The funds you donate to “Kidd’s Kids” enable not just the special needs kids chosen but also their immediate family to join them in all the fun at Disney. Last year, more than $460,000 was raised on Kidd’s Kids Day, and we hope to do even better this year.

You don't have to wait for Kidd's Kids Day to make your donation, you can do it right now:

• Texting:  Text KIDD to 52000 to donate $10
