Local School Counselor Receives Arkansas State Award

Union Elementary counselor Beverly Webb has received the Elementary School Counselor Award for the state of Arkansas.This award promotes continued improvement of professional qualifications of counselors and encourages high standards of guidance services rendered to students.

Mrs.Webb received a Bachelor of Music Education and has spent the past 28 years in  education meeting the needs of all children. Texarkana Arkansas School Superintendent Becky Kesler says, " We are proud of Mrs. Webb's recent accomplishments."  Mrs. Webb represents the district and the community well."
