National Pet Adoption Event at Petsmart on Saturday

If you’ve been considering adopting a new four-legged family member, please come to PetSmart this Saturday during the PetSmart Charities National Adoption Event!

This special adoption weekend will be held at more than 1,210 PetSmart stores nationwide. When you adopt during this event you will receive free food for your new pet as well as coupons for great savings!

Several local dog rescues will be joining Texarkana Animal League at this event: Passion for Pooches and Little Paws Rescue. Save a pet’s life and enrich your own with the pure joy that only a tail wag can bring. Make it extra-special when you adopt.

Whether you want a cat, dog, puppy or kitten, a purebred or mixed breed, you’re bound to find the perfect match among the pets up for adoption during this event. Dog adoption fees vary and cat adoption fees are $80.00.  All animals have been fully vetted, including spay and neuter and many have been microchipped.

NOTE: The pets shown in the photo above have been adopted into forever homes at a previous National Adoption Event. They are success stories and you can have your very own success story when you adopt a pet during this event!

Your pet adoption this Saturday will benefit the Texarkana Animal League. TAL will receive extra adoption-reward grants from PetSmart Charities for every pet they adopt in stores during this event.
