Search Still On For Escaped Murder Suspects in Texarkana
Two escapees from the Miller County Jail continue on the loose this morning.The two used a hacksaw like device to break out of the jail on Memorial Day and yet to be caught. Authorities are searching for 23 year old Kortez Hooper and 36 year old Quincy Stewart. Both were jailed on murder charges from our area.
Sheriff’s deputies say an investigation into how they acquired the hacksaw and scaled the razor wire fence prior to dawn Monday is underway.
If you have any information on these suspects you are asked to call 911 or the Miller County Sheriff’s Department. If you see the pair do not approach them but call authorities immediately.
