There is a blood drive on Saturday, Oct. 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Anytime Fitness on Trinity Blvd in Texarkana. There will also be a live DJ playing tunes; the Marines will have their Pull-up contest so you can show your strength and you can get your blood pressure checked. Free drinks!

The 2nd Annual Leprechaun 5k Family Fun Run/Walk is Saturday, March 15 at 9 a.m. in Spring Lake Park in Texarkana. Sign up at Anytime Fitness now or on race day. There is a best-dressed contest too!
