The Texarkana, Texas City Council will meet for the final time in August at its meeting tonight beginning at 6PM at City Hall.

Texas speed limits are going up all over the state this month as reported in a story on the TxDOT website. While most people have been driving these speeds and just praying you didn't get caught, soon you will be able to drive them legally where posted.
