The producers of 'X Factor' are being accused by a Hollywood, Calif. choir of deliberately trying to embarrass and disqualify them from the upcoming season of the show. What happened?!

Does Simon Cowell have rocks in his head? Yes, but the sparkly kind. The 'X Factor' judge and creator reportedly is eyeing Rihanna for his panel ... as well as another pop star that will raise even more eyebrows: Chris Brown.

Singer Cheryl Cole has reportedly joined the judges' panel on Fox's upcoming reality-competition series 'The X Factor,' premiering this fall. So says fellow judge L.A. Reid, anyway, who during a recent interview revealed, "We're gonna compete against American Idol just fine. I'm very confident. But along with Simon Cowell and Cheryl, I don't know who the other judge is."
