Texarkana Texas City Council Meets Tonight

The Texarkana Texas City Council meets for the first time in July this evening at 6 p.m. at City Hall.The council will take up digital billboards, road construction, rezoning and other issues. The public is invited to attend the open portion of tonight's meeting.
